Dear Sir
I want to tell you that a few days ago I got a call from Dhani app and they charged me the subscription amount of this app by giving me wrong information about it. Got it activated and after collecting money from me, money is being cheated again and again by Dhani, he is being charged extra charge from me on every transaction by telling his card to be interest free and deducting Rs 199 in the name of subscription, which is They told me at the time of subscription that if you do the card next month then only you will have to pay the subscription charge but they deducted the money from the card before time and after talking to the customer care, they would cut the phone again and again in the middle. Hey and don’t even give correct information, they took subscription charge in August last month and also took delivery charge of card from me but till today even after almost a month they haven’t delivered my card, even after talking, they say the same thing. In a couple of days your card will be given to you. Will get it but I have not received any card yet and again and again send messages about the card being delivered by them, for the last one month they did not give me any correct information, every time they give wrong information in which there is no truth. I want my money cut by them back to me after that I will close their card

में आप को बताना चाहता की कुछ दिन पहले धनि अप्प से मेरे पास फ़ोन आया और उन्होंने मुझे मुझे इसके बारे में गलत जानकारी देकर इस अप्प का मुझ से सुब्स्क्रिपशन अमाउंट वसूल कर लिया धनि के कस्टमर केयर वालो ने मुझे गलत जानकारी देकर मुझसे धनि का कार्ड एक्टिव करवा लिया और मुझसे पैसा वसूल कर लिए धनि के द्वारा बार बार फ्रॉड किया जा रहा इन्होने अपने कार्ड को इंटरेस्ट फ्री बताकर उससे हर ट्रांसजेक्शन पर मेर से एक्स्ट्रा चार्ज वसूल किया जा रहा हे और सुब्स्क्रिब्शन के नाम पर 199 रुपया काट लेते हे जो की इन्होने मुझे सुब्स्क्रिब्शन के समय ये कहा था की अगर आप अगले महीने कार्ड उसे करेंगे तो ही आप को सब्क्रिप्शन चार्ज देना होगा लेकिन इन्होने टाइम से पहले ही कार्ड से पैसे काट लिए और कस्टमर केयर में बात करने पर बार बार बिच में फ़ोन कट कर देते हे और सही से जानकारी भी नहीं देते हे इन्होने पिछले महीने अगस्त में ही सुब्स्क्रिपशन चार्ज लिया और कार्ड के डिलीवरी चार्ज भी मुझ से ले लिया लेकिन आज तक लगभग एक महीने बाद भी इन्होने मेरा कार्ड देलेवेर नहीं किया बात करने पर भी यही बोलते हे की एक दो दिन में आप का कार्ड आप को मिल जायेगा लेकिन मुझे कोई कार्ड अभी तक मिला नहीं हे और इनके द्वारा बार बार कार्ड डिलेवर हो होने का मैसेज कर देते हे पिछले एक महीने से इन्होने मुझे कोई भी सही जानकारी नहीं दी हर बार गलत ही सुचना देते हे जिसमे कोई सचाई नहीं होती हे मुझे तो इनके द्वारा कटे गए मेरे पैसे मुझे वापस चहिये उसके बाद में इनके कार्ड को बंद कर दूंगा
