Text of Complaint by Saransh Gupta:

I am writing this letter to inform that on 05-Jun-2022, I placed an order having Order ID 171-0013314-5165178 for 3 pairs of Urban Space 100% Cotton Curtains for Door Bedroom, Living Room and Kitchen, Home Decor Fashion Printed Set of 2 Curtains with Stainless Steel Rings ( Multi Blue Chevron -Door 7 feet x 5 feet ) https://amzn.eu/d/jjT8HIA
https://amzn.eu/d/jjT8HIA using your App Amazon.in. On 10th June 2022 the delivery status of the above said product has appeared as delivered but till date I have not received this product. On the very day I’d reported the issue to Amazon customer service and they told me to wait till 12th June. Again I called up on 12th then Amazon customer care agent told me to wait till 16th June. I called on 16th morning then they told me to call at night as Amazon team members are investigating the issue. Finally I called on 17th night and then they told me that we can’t help you with this you will neither receive any refund nor the product from Amazon.
This is ridiculous. I lost my money and my product and you people are simply saying you can’t help me. Either refund the amount I paid or update the order status. This is not what I expected from a reputed company like yours.
I want Amazon to share all the investigating reports they did from their side. Please be clear and full-proof. If not I will also take this matter to consumers forum.
Also I want the delivery agent’s details. I will do FIR against him and as well as against the company.

Take this issue with priority and Resolve this asap.
