Text of Complaint by SUBHAM KANOJIA:

I have brought shree hans creation air sofa cum bed order id 408-5745332-7017169 from amazon on 23/06/2023.
In first time i received the wrong product which is delivered on 29/07/2023 then i put it on replacement and again on 06/07/2023 a delivery boy taken my wrong product and give me another package to my mother which he told that it is my actual product after taking the package my mother feel that the package is light at weight so she open the package and find some pieces of carton paper into it.
She informed me about the parcel and i have complain to amazon customer support 06/07/2023 they told me that they will investigate the matter and inform me by 11/07/2023.
I have wait till 11/07/2023 they haven’t call me so i call them on 11/07/2023 they told me very roughly and very ill-mannered way that they already investigate the matter and found that it is not their fault i have receive my package and they can’t help me in the same case.
I have ordered the product from the amazon pay later in emi and now there lending partner AXIO are calling me to pay the emi for the product which i haven’t received.
I am trying again and again to their customer support and they continuously telling me that they can’t help as they delivered the product.
Indirectly the are accusing me that i am lying.
As i am not paying my emi it is effecting my credit score and amazon is not ready to help me with my missing product.
