I had ordered a product from amazon company a two days back. However, I am shocked to have received the product today in damaged form. Unfortunately, after the product was delivered and when I opened the delivery package for checking the product inside, I found that all of them were in broken state.
I have kept the goods in the same form as they were received. The same can be checked by your representative or courier person. Still i have not been able to use the products as required at my end.
Hence I would request you to kindly attend to my complaint urgently and provide me with replaced goods at the earliest.

After a long follow-up with Amazon team, one thing that has come to light is that Amazon does not care about their customers. Amazon only wants to sell their cheap quality products or used products to their customers in the name of Great Indian Sale.
A question to the Amazon team, if the delivered product is missing from the box, where does the customer go to get a job sheet letter. If you deliver a broken box, it will be your responsibility to replace it.
Does Amazon have the right to deliver products with broken seals to customers? You are defrauding your customers. Why don’t you investigate your seller? They are cheating so you should take action against them. You just want to stop following up with customers by irritating or bothering them. You can directly investigate the matter by sending a mail or notification to your seller but why are you asking customers to provide evidence?
Apple Company is responsible for any defect or damage after delivery product as per Amazon policy.
According to Apple company policy, if a customer receives an iPhone box with a broken seal, they are not responsible for it. They are asking the customer to replace the product purchased.
Amazon and the team cleverly hide their mistakes and blame Apple and ask customers to visit an Apple store and resolve their issue.
Amazon is responsible if wrong product is delivered by amazon delivery partner. Amazon team should take action against its sellers. But they cleverly hide their mistakes and scams. Also the Amazon team has asked for a letter from Apple claiming that they refuse to help with this as they know very well that Apple does not send any mail to its customers.
Also I have complained to apple support and consumer complaint court.
Kindly note that if I do not hear from you in the next 1-2 days regarding the replacement of goods, then I would be bound to proceed further to lodge a complaint against the company at appropriate consumer and legal forum.
