Dear Concern,
I am a vodafone customer and currently residing in Gujarat but make a request for SIM replacement at your vodafone store Shop no.G-4 ,MADHAV COMPLEX OPP ANAND ARTS COLLEGE, GRID CIRCLE,ANAND-GUJARAT-388001 ON 05.12.2018 but till 15th of Dec.2018 SIM is not get activated then I complained to vodafone customer care with complain id-568321720 but I did not received any call from customer care for my complain and when I again called to customer care then only I come to notice my complain has been deactivated which is very disgusting reply from one of your customer service staff MS.Ankita and she don’t have proper reason for cancellation of my complain. I am very much satisfied customer of vodafone but we didn’t except this type of response from your store and customer care and I have been harassed by your store employee and customer care and still my number is not get activated.
Request you kindly look into this matter and activate my new SIM no.89910271001101855967.
