My complaint is that I have ordered some food through Zomato to mcdonalds and not received the all the food material at the time of delivery. I have called the McDonalds but they are saying it’s not their fault is a fault of Zomato delivery boy was not at all the food as the food was ready at the time for delivery they are saying that the food was ready but the boy is not pick the all the food. Also I have tried to contact the Zomato also on two different types of numbers and different helpline numbers of Zomato but no one is helping me out instead of that they are held up the phone front of me and not answering me back even not picking up the phone.
