Iam a domestic electricity user and iam using one fan two lights and one fridge and in my bill showing load between 1 kWh to 1.2kwh but they charge extra load charge for 3kwh

Yeah, exactly I am also facing the same issue, they are adding extra charges as development charges for every meter connection and they simply saying your consumption exceeds the limit and RMD increased. But the thing is if RMD increases then it will automatically increase our consumption of units, however, the consumption remains the same. I think we need clear guidance on this.
