When I saw my bill generated with
overcharged while calculating my
bill via seen through transaction
option after that I raised a
complian request regarding
overcharged bill but haven’t got
resolution from them . So, I
Was waiting for the resolution but
they only called me for the purpose to pay the bill but I shared my issues
regarding overcharged bill then
they said go and check transaction option at a time I responded them that I have already calculated my bill via transaction but the bill had been generated with overcharged not the same amount which I had used and also i was unable to download the
email statement so that i could
see the bill statement as I told
them regarding this issue then all the colleagues gave the same response said that wait a moment I will give your transaction statement
within 10 minutes after hang up the call and I have waited but no one
called me to give the resolution.
Everytime they called me for due
/pending payment as well as
everytime I shared this that i said them i will pay the generated bill but firstly resolve my issue of downloading the email statement but again they gave with the same response as i mentioned above that’s mean customer’s resolution and services
for them didn’t matter only matter for them was bill and no one had taken any action against which i was facing just like that one of the colleagues told me to called paytm
customers care to get the
resolution regarding downloading
email statement as same as
same response from paytm
customer care I can’t resolve this
issue of paytm postpaid because said that i have no access regarding Paytm Postpaid both are the different platforms after that i did chat to them and then they were only focusing on pending/Due amount because when i was trying to get the resolution via chat they responded the same regarding only bill they had taken for granted the customer not even care about my resolution , trouble and circumstances which i was facing since months.Due to this matter, late fee has been included and now my bill has increased by his/her faults.Kindly, Please take a legal action against them asap from which so that i can get the resolution.
