Complain is about blinkit company i purchased the amazon echo dot 4th generation on 14th of September 2023 but it is defective piece and it’s cost is 2250 rupees it is not getting on and when I talked to blinkit customer care they said me that they won’t return or exchange the item as they mentioned that they have on!y 24 hours of return period sir i would like to tell u here that i have tried to reach there customer care number before 24 hours but anybody not responded and there app server was very bad at that time now i request u to kindly initiate my refund or exchange the item.Blinkit has tie up with Amazon this is a fraud company they do not check the product quality and sell it at a higher rate more than genuine price I also tried to make the conference call between blinkit and Amazon and Amazon customer care said that blinkit has 3 -7 days return policy sir I request to kindly take strict action against blinkit company and initiate my refund or exchange the item it is under 1 year warranty.
