My order has not been received by me

In the app, it showed that the order had been delivered but it was not delivered to the hotel where I ordered it
I tried to call the delivery agent he switched off his phone and did not pick up my call i tried to call his number and he switched off his phone and when at first he picked up my call he said that you can put up a complaint and get a refund.
I emailed Zomato multiple times yet no response received by them no help received by them!
I want my money back
