Text of Complaint by LOKESH NATH ROY:

I have booked ticket online from Irtc Acoount on  02.03.2021 and date of journey was 16.03.2021 and my PNR NO. is 6810325709 & 6347960935 , Boarding At : Rajendranagar (RJPB) TO Katihar and Train no. & name is 03248/ RJPB KYQ SPL . We arrived on station before three hours  on such date (16.03.2021). But as soon as train arrived the station there were too much crowed on station . And my all seats were captured by other / unknown people ……after that I called railway security toll free no. But there were no response taken by them , after that I complained to Station master But he was also not helped me and after that I complained on twitter of  railway ministry  But every system & every person who is responsible for railway and Passengers. I was booked ticket for my MOM , FATHER , BROTHER , SISTER ,  2 NEPHEW , MY WIFE & my 18 months little BABY. We were faced painful moment on that night due to Railway’s system . And we expenses more than 75000 Rupees extra to reached my home and illness of my mom . irtc did not refund my money till today.
