Text of Complaint by Milankumar Patel:

For my vehicle transport (Hyundai i10), I took service from Leocartransport and had below experience.

In final Invoice bill, Insurance risk coverage amount (Rs 4483) which is not discussed in detail and informed to by Leocartransport team.
I made full payment on 06-Dec-2023; however Vehicle delivery not done at my native place and no update from Leocartransport team or organization.
They provided commitment that “the delivery will be assigned to your native location KADI after payment is received for the consignment”. However you were not deliver at my native place.
When my friend collected Vehicle from Ahmedabad branch, they asked for additional Rs 1000 and we paid it, which is not mention during our call or mail. Who will provide refund amount for same.
From Ahmedabad branch person, I came to know that you kept Vehicle in Ahmedabad branch for 20 days; however they mention earlier that it was 15 days in Vadodara branch and 5 days in Ahmedabad branch.
During transit they used my car petrol and Fastag amount and they did not inform me. No response for refund amount.
Here, my point s related to invoice
1. First invoice sent by Executive team, where TAX and Insurance in details are not mentioned in details.
2.Insurance Risk coverage is based on Customer Appetite and Insurance value is not discussed earlier.
3. Final Invoice sent by Account team, which is mentioned Loading/Unloading charges, TAX, Insurance value.

Based on my knowledge and I observed below things in last 2 weeks
1. There are no alignment between two department (Sales & Accounting), where both are sending different Invoice and bill format.
2. It is not very transparent and direct communication. Generally, when we purchase any service/Product online, it is clearly mentioned tax, service charges (e.g Swiggy/Zomato, Makemytrip/Booking.com).
3. Might be your organization is new or assigned person is not experience, so this challenges are coming.
4. Commitment and service is not up to mark (for not providing prompt response and status of car)
