Actually, I have fraud through booking.com.
I booked a Single Bedroom With Private Bathroom to stay on 07 July 2022 in Nagra Road, Jhānsi, 284003, India on 27 June 2022. I got the booking confirmation through e-mail.
After that on the day of 07 July whenever I was going for the same, Mr. Nayab called me from mob no. 9336257144 and said to me if you want AC Room, you have to pay 350 rs in advance. As per the terms and conditions of the concerned hotel, I immediately paid him on the given UPI ID. Again I got the confirmation for the AC room in my mail.
At night, when I reached Jhansi Railway station, I called him so many times for staying in the booked hotel, but the concerned person didn’t pick up my phone.
Then I realized that they have fraud with us.
In this regard, I would like to say that the hidden group is doing scams and I am going to complain against them.
I would like to say to all of you that please do not go to such types of websites as well as offer.
