Recently I bought new sony wh-ch510 headphone. The product is not as mentioned in website. I requested for return too. They denied saying it is having some sidetone feature in it. The problem is I am hearing echo while being in call. Not able to hear properly. Flipkart is also denying and not helping a lot. So filing complaint against Flipkart and BUZZINDIA for sending defective product and negligence for service
