Respected sir,
i order a fan with ORDER # 404-3839051-0728312 on 22 may 2023 on amazon.in with exchange offer and got Rs 510/- discount for my old fan. delivery man came on 23 may and refuse to take old fan without any objection and said we don’t accept old fan as exchange. i told him that i have ordered on amazon website. but he said me to lodge a complain. then i lodge complain via chat and then amazon executive called me. after listening my concern they assured me to get the fan delivered by 24 may. but nothing happened. on 25 i again contacted them via chat and they called me and told me that the order has been cancelled..they suggest me to order again and assure me to get the fan delivered this time and also assured me for amazon pay balance of Rs 200 because on 25 may the exchange offer was only for Rs. 310. then i ordered again with ORDER # 404-2108778-1357130. but this time on attempt was made to deliver my order. i contacted amazon.in on 26 may about 11pm(india) they assured me to deliver the oreder by 27 may. on 27 may i again contacted amazon.in. this time i insist to talk to a higher authority. after holding a long time i was connected with a supervisor whose name was Sadhana yadav. she assured me that she has loadge a complain. and the product will be delivered to you by 28 may and an action will be taken against delivery man. but nothing happened again. i again contacted amazon.in via chat and the arrange me a call. this time executive was very known person. i insisted to talk to higher official. he denied first but lalter he connect me with a supervisior. he aslo assured me to take action but he denied to give and complain number. i have very bad exeperience. i am prime customer of amazon since 2014. but this time it is very bad experince. he said me to wait for 15 days(terrible). i said him to deliver my item at soon as possible but he denied. then i insisted him to deliver my order at discounted rate which rate i got on 22 may. but he denied. i am very unhappy with this response.
please ask them (amaon.in) to deliver my order at discount rate. even you shold deliver it for free me because for prime members you promise garanttee delivery on time but you failed. and also take action against delivery chain..
