Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Arnab Chakraborty here from Kolkata,West Bengal.I have been a very long time customer of your company and currently using 2 numbers i.e. 9012704180(Vodaphone) & 9675260258(Idea).
Your service to my numbers has totally collapsed for the last few days(since the 6th February,Saturday).No voice call(both incoming and outgoing) is clear and audible at all.Voice of the person at other end is breaking and I can’t understand.Net service is also in the same stage.I can not make any call or do net surfing without facing any problem.
I contacted your customer care number over the phone to lodge my complain so many times but my problem has not been resolved yet and I am in a very bad state of mind because of this.My profession needs my phone in active state all the time but it’s totally hampered because of the poor service provided by you.
If the problem will not be resolved by today then I will definitely port my numbers to any other service provider.
No other option will be there for me.
Hope it will be over by today.
