Text of Complaint by Malatesh j m:

Dear Sir/Madam I have ordered a mobile in Amazon India, on 4th March and I got my product on mentioned dat, 07 march that to after I called to your customer care agent, then only I got a mail mentioning out for delivery earlier I haven’t received any out for delivery messages.

Later I got some heating issues with mobile so I requested for replacement and it was cross checked and I was told that I will get a new piece of same mobile on or before 13th March.

But it wasn’t delivered on that day and I was promised if the mobile was not delivered to me on that day I requested to cancel the product as new order was available in two days I will go for new mobile only but on that day you have promised me that you will refund the amount if delivery delayed by 16 th March.

Today you mentioned in mail only not respndong to your call. below I have attached a screenshot is the proof how you tried to mislead me as your agent didn’t called me and when I called him he said he was not having the product with him.

Kindly update the same to me and start the proceedings of refund.

Hope you will resolve this issue and won’t et me to take further steps.
