My mobile number is 8802880182 postpaid vodafone. I got my fixed bill INR 234/- but this month I’ve got bill which is 296/- when I contacted customer service they received my call after 4 attempt. Then the person said this is for the national roaming sms you have done. I don’t know what is National Roaming SMS she didn’t clear that and disconnected the call after that also I’ve many attempts to clear my query. Late on I’ve mailed to them about the same query then they also usage of National Roaming SMS. I’m attaching a screenshot of their mail in which they have mentioned that. Please help I don’t want to pay extra and that too for nothing I have done.
