I ordered an item from Amazon app, o received the wrong item so, i raised the retun request, delivey agent came and took the pacakge but i gave wrong product that cost more than the orderd item. Now when i asked the delivery agent to return the wrong pacakge and pick uo the right one he denied and also the amazon customer care person denied to return my product. Please help.
