Have ordered three Kurtis buy two get one free and paid Rs. 478 on 10th July, 2023 through spotify.com But the order is yet to be received. Tried calling the customer care but response is very bad. They wanted me download some app and navigate through with their assistance etc which i was not comfortable. Kindly arrange to refund my money at the earliest.
