Text of Complaint by Priyanka Shukla:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have raised the complaint with on 27.01.2022 but it is not resolved till date.

“Please note that Myself Priyanka Shukla, a regular customer of Ajio has gone through a very bad experience of Ajio delivery agent service as the delivery agent took my return pickup from my address and updated it on the app as delivery attempted.

This is the first time I had such a bad experience with Ajio service.

I have already registered my complaint and mentioning my complaint id and video of CCTV footage as a proof for your reference, so that i can get my refund at the earliest.

Hope for the earliest response and a stricter action against such product delivery and pickup agents.”
