I bought 369 rupees shoes from paytm and had a 7-day return policy. When those shoes came to me, their quality was very bad, which they gave in the description was not the sole of the shoes, so I put a request to return. After doing this, they did not give me the number of the delivery agent. I waited for 7 days and they canceled my return request. Why? I want my money back from Paytm and they can get back their third quality shoes.
