Text of Complaint by Saurabh Chaurasia:

Dear Sir / Madam.

My wife was took a personal loan from Finnable Credit Private limited and the emi amount is 11000 I have paid all months emi and July month emi was pending due to some financial issues and my wife is pregnant so she’s also unemployed now

I have made commitments for pay the amount but unfortunately it’s not happening and today 1st Sep 2022 me and my wife both are in hospital due to my wife is unwell

Then I got the call from his Zonal Collection manager Mr.Saurabh Agarwal and he’s threading me for the payment i requested currently I’m in hospital give me sometime I will clear this dues so he’s said that I’m at your home and waiting for you and the time was 7:30 Pm

I again told him I’m in hospital due to personal reasons give me time I will do but he doing misbehaving over the call with me and he’s treating me as like a criminal

I requested to you please take action against him.
