Text of Complaint by Divya David Nadar:

Dear honorable team,

I took a loan from handy loan on 4th January 2022 and before due date itself I got call from collection agent saying if I don’t pay the amount then, the will call my references, same wise they call my reference saying I have a due, later on I got Many abusive messages from a person name Mohammad Hussain, I said I will pay the amount and I asked for payment guidance, he guided me, but once I paid the amount, they started to threatening me saying I didn’t make the payment.

I shared the proof I was having, but they started to shout at me. now the collection agent is telling that he will maarf my photo in pan and add it in p@rn vedio. Which is against RBI rules.

Is this the way loan lender should treat their customers. And they are asking to pay the amount again
