Text of Complaint by Chaina Ram Poshik:

We have booked Nuego Bus from Rishikesh to Delhi for 7 seats and onboard the bus on 27-08-2023 and in the midway driver stopped bus in the name of bus’s technical fault and asking all passengers to vacate the bus saying company will refund full fare amount without giving any consideration to time, long distance of journey, passengers service commitment, safety and travel arrangement of female passengers. While trying contacting to companies customer care no satisfactory response is given saying this time no one is available in office who can arrange for alternate vehicle and not connecting with any senior officials of the company.
