On 22nd of august 2018 I was forced by their agent to apply for their membership for which I paid Rs. 56190 nd later that night when I read about the reviews of this company I realized I had made a big mistake by trusting them so immediately I cancelled the application.. then on 4th of sept 2018 they ensured me that within 90 days I’ll get my refund back. So basically before 4th of dec 2018 I should have got my refund which I didn’t.
So I tweeted them and told my concerns for which they again promised that I’ll be getting it before 15th dec 2018 and again there was no refund even on 15th dec 2018.
I got frustrated and again tweeted to which now they said that I’ll get it within 20 days. For which I’m sure is again a false promise.
This company is a fraud, their services and customer support is just disgusting. I’m literally mentally harassed by them as Rs. 56190 is no small amount. I needed money as my facing is facing health problems but this company is just not concerned by that at all. Club mahindra is just disgusting and I have never faced such an experience ever in my life.
