Text of Complaint by Hozefa Saif:

In the month of July 2018 I have registered for Club Mahindra membership which got confirmed on 31st July 2018 and I have paid Rs. 27675. But due to some personal/Financial problem I had decided to withdraw this membership and have emailed them about by membership cancellation on 4th Aug 2018 and have asked them if they just need an email for cancellation or want me to do any other formalities. They have not informed me of any such formalities and have accepted my Cancellation request and I got a final email response from Club Mahindra that my Refund will get process in 90 days on 16th Aug 2018.

Now after 90 days I have again emailed them on 21st Nov 2018 that no Refund received till date and they have replied me on 24th Nov 2018, that I will receive my Refund by next month. So I again wait till Dec month. By this time I have remind them 2-3 times through email but now they have stop giving any responses to my email.

I have even called them on their Customer care and on 24th Dec 2018 one of his Customer executive told me that in 1-2 days I will get my Refund. Again I have called on Customer Care on 3rd Jan 2019 and his Customer executive had told me that he is forwarding my request to his senior and I shall get my refund in 48 hours.

But even as today (7-Jan-2019) I have not received any response from them neither through email nor through Call.

This company is a real fraud, their services and customer support is just disgusting. I’m literally mentally harassed by them as Rs. 27675 is no small amount. I need my money as I am facing financial problems but this company is just not concerned by that at all. Club mahindra is just disgusting and I have never faced such an experience ever in my life.

I have read their customer feedback on Facebook and other social sites which says that this company is cheating and their promises are fake. The facilities they are providing can be availed from other sources easily. I have recorded many such negative reviews against this company and want Consumer forum to take necessary action against them.
