I ordered first time from club factory on 10th of nov two hand bag.
First Order number. SO194836191 this bag received totally damaged, and second order number. SO194788597 this order i haven’t received and on 24th i received message from club factory that your order is delivered.
I haven’t received any call from delivery boy. I called club factory many times but they said ma’am wait 3 working days will revert.
I waited 4 days, no respond from club factory then i called then the told me there team working on it. But i don’t understand how many days they need to revert me they don’t even messaged me & emailed my that mam we are working on it will solve your issue even they don’t given me delivery boy name and number.
I asked them many times. Then i called delivery boy who give me one day before the damaged bag. He said one guy he known who deliver order. He has not my order. He gave me that delivery boy number.
I was so angry so my younger sister talked to him. He said ma’am your order i have given one girl his name is also heena Parween. He didn’t checked my number and address.
He only checked heena Parween and given my order to that girl. And that girl also don’t tell him that it is not her order. She only thing this is prepaid order no need to pay she accepted.
My sister asked her about my order and that delivery boy said sorry mam it was my fault i mistaken and given your order to that girl as your name and her name are same.
And she told she gifted my prepaid order bag to one of her friend, but that delivery boy told me mam day after tomorrow i will handover your order to you.
Now 5 days pasted i still waiting for my order, IVR and there customers support person they clearly told me mam wait for more days. Our team working on it. They didn’t refunded me.
It is totally there fault but they are only harassing me. Daily i have to call them and ask for my refund they just telling me wait for 2 more days and 5 more days.
Daily 2 times i followup for my refund they are not helping me. Both the refund status pending. Club factory sending me that fraud girl signature and told me that heena parween collected that order pathetic service given by club factory.
Note : club factory is fraud amd there delivery boy and service IVR and chat person just fooling customers. Don’t buy any product from club factory.
If you want to purchase anything purchase from amazon and Flipkart they are best shopping apps. I purchased many times if you don’t want there product they can pick up and you get instant refund.
