Hi,
Despite of returning the product agaisnt transaction#1540344965803 back on 24th Sept18, Clib Factory is not refund ing my money back. Every time I try to get an update from their customer service over chat (as they are not available on phone) they dont provide any timeline of return.
Seeking help to get my refund at the earliest please.
