Dear Team,
I have taken a post paid connection on 25th sept 2018 and i submitted the document as well . Initially the number was activated and started well but after 5-10 day, yesterday ( 3rd oct. 2018 ) the network was gone and it shows no service on my phone . So i visited the vodafone store and the employees are told me photo id was not clear here my question is how is it activated if my photo id was not clear ? this is not a fair .

It occurred on: 03/10/2018

This affected me because: you people know better without a contact how it impact .

company know better way how to solve the issue.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
