Cleartrip has a broken process of flight rescheduling which is designed to dupe money from it’s consumers, I booked a one way flight from Bangalore to Patna with CT flex(CT flex allows free reschedule plus pay difference in airfare if you reschedule flights) for 15th April which I rescheduled to 23rd of April, I rescheduled on 11th of April where the first fraud happened with me Cleartrip asked me to pay the full amount for the ticket even after paying for CT flex this is pure fraud and their customer care has hassled me that I won’t get back my money from cleartrip as it lies under insurance scheme and should be paid by digit insurance, when I reached out to digit insurance folks there mentioned they have already transferred the amount to cleartrip and cleartrip is denying any such claim.
