I have purchased a Flipkart smartbuy BassBeatz bluetooth headset on Flipkart in nov 2019. Product covers one year warranty. In July 2020, the product stopped working and Earphones was not getting connected to any device.
I raised complain to Flipkart smartbuy service center and they told me to visit service center. I visited service center. they checked the earphone and took photo of invoice and earphone and told me that it will not get repaired and we will replace it.
Even after completion of 30 days the earphone neither gets replaced nor repaired. I put many mails to the Flipkart but no response received. Over chat every time they had only one line that we have escalated the issue and we will resolve the matter by tomorrow but it didn’t worked.
I am not getting what kind of services they provide to us.
