Ordered water sensor diya (set of 8) from online chronoslight.com site on 13.10.2022. They sent the set in which three diyas were non functional and two diyas were burning very low. When i complained they asked for photo which i sent them same day but they did not responded till 01.11.2022.

Chronos Lights has been highly disappointing in our experience. They engaged our digital marketing services but failed to clear pending invoices for three months. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, Niraj Doshi, the owner, has been unresponsive and provided only excuses. We’ve been chasing them for over a year with no resolution. This company appears to operate unethically, taking services without payment. Additionally, their products, which seem to be rebranded imports from China, lack authenticity. I strongly advise staying away from them.
