Hello Community,

I’m reaching out for advice after a distressing experience with a nameplate replacement service. After completing the payment, I followed through with the appointment only to find the location deserted, raising my first concern. The primary contact, Salman, provided at the time of the transaction has been unreachable from the start.

Determined to seek a resolution, I visited the site, where I encountered a garage. An individual there informed me that Salman was unavailable and directed me to another contact. This new contact assured me I would be notified upon dispatch of the replacement nameplate. Unfortunately, it has been a while, and I’ve received no update or communication. Attempts to reach out have been met with silence, as my calls remain unanswered.

Feeling misled and disregarded, but am uncertain of the best course of action. Has anyone experienced something similar? How did you resolve it? Any advice or suggestions on how to proceed with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
