I recently bought a chimney of brand FABER via amazon.in but the size of the chimney was too big for our kitchen. I first called the Amazon customer care and they said we can’t provide help on this matter and disconnected the call After that i called the faber customer care they told me to coordinate with amazon as i brought the product from them. Then i again called Amazon was put on hold for 40 minutes and then my call was disconnected then i called again and was connected to a L2 technical support he told me get a service denial letter from the chimney installation technician and then call the support again and we will process your request then. i did that today and they said what i was told by previous support staff was a lie and we cant help you on the case as being too big in size is not a “issue” for them and they will only refund if its physically damaged. kindly provide help as to what should i do now
