Text of Complaint by Swadhin Mallick:

  • I had a booking at hotel OYO 4526 Jaydev Vihar , Bbsr from 19th to 21st of August.
  • After reaching, the hotel denied checkin . The person over there miss behaved with us by making us stand for complete 3 hrs. I was with my 4 month daughter, wife and 70 year old mother who is a patient. Literally standing without having lunch. We requested to give a room for half an hr only to feed my daughter and until we don’t get  booked a different hotel but still the hotel person didn’t gave any room.
  • And next is that we complained GOIBIBO about  the issue but those customer care executives neither respond our call nor did resolve our problems.
  1. We were bound to book a different hotel with double the price of previous hotel.
