I have booked Collection O 70516 Hotel Scarlet hotel from MakeMyTrip app for Rs 1450 . but when I reached the location, I didn’t find the property , I called the property and he refused the check-in. In result I had to book new property which cost me extra money because of immediate booking and also My money hot wasted in Cab to reach there and to reach to the next booked proper location.
It was mentally harassment for me and my wife as we were out of options after check-in got denied by hotel.
It was really unacceptable situation for anyone who come to new city with
