I booked one hotel in bhubaneswar, There was no option to pay at hotel so I paid full amount during booking. Got the confirmation. After that I started from my home which is 150 km from the hotel and they denied to provide accomdation as they might sold rooms to someone else. I tried to reach out to makemytrip they said they can refund but I paid approx 4000 to a taxi to reach there and they had no answer whose fault is this. I need proper justification with total amount including taxi fare as I lost approx 10k due to this problem and with a 2 year old kid I visited many other hotel for the booking. I didnt agree with them to accept the booking amount reversal so same is not yet refunded while writing.
