I booked for 15th July 2022 to 17th July 2022 and paid online for the stay at collection O compact green view but was denied check in saying that no longer room are available just before I was about to check in The manager instead of being helping, talked inappropriately with us.I thereby request you to kindly refund me my amount as there was no fault of mine in between the misunderstanding of Hotel and OYO.
I got message that we shall get full refund. But, i only got a mere refund. I want my full refund. Check the screenshot for reference.
