Dear Sir,
Before one month ago on 10May 2020 I order for one combo pack of wireless bluetooth speaker and ipod. At the same time I paid the price which was Rs.999/- by card. But still I not received the parcel. Yesterday I got the customer care no.of Total Shopping Kart and I called them for my pending order. They told me that due to Covid-19 all orders were cancelled and so we will refund you the paid money, but there are some formalities for the refund process , after completing that formalities your paid amount will be credited to your account.As per their instructions I fill up the formalities like Bank name,mob.no. phone pay account no. after that they debited Rs.4000/- from my account.When I complain them about this they told me that this was done by mistake and your amount will be credited to your account in 24hrs. Now they are not receiving my call also.
I confirm that this a cheater company and I request you to take necessary action against them,otherwise so many people will be cheated.
I already registered a complain against this company in my nearest Police Station.
