I have bought an return for my order of Epson printer order no: 744370552.

I have ordered it on 23-2-19 and got it on 28-2-19.

I have made an return on 6-2-19.

Paytm assured that your refund will be credited with in 24 hrs to your bank account.

And on 7-2-19 I have got message that your refund has been rejected.

We I ask them they are telling that it was not on our return policy.

They only assured yesterday for return and they are lying today.

I need my money back kindly help us.
