This was the complaint on paytm, I had purchased an voucher of 5000rs from paytm which had a EMI option for it but unfortunately the tab for the selection was missing.I had been cross veriferd for twice and thrice and checked for the EMI tab so thought that it would be converted after purchasing the voucher.
I had raised a query to convert it to EMI on 7th of October, for that they were replied it is not possible to convert to EMI.
As the EMI tab was not available so asked the paytm customer care about the process of purchasing under EMI for that they delayed almost for an week ie 14 Oct 2019 till that the EMI tab was not available in the app.
As I was not provided valid response from the paytm care both from the app and twitter so I request to raise a complaint on the paytm and ceo vijay Shekhar for not providing the valid offer and irrating customer care of paytm moreover wasted hard behind them for all this paytm has to pay a atonement for the same
