My sim get automatically damaged from last one weak, its a postpaid sim(due to regular forcing i changed my prepaid connection to postpaid), i pay tge last month bill and after one day sim not detecting in phone. Today 7-11-2022, 6pm i visit thier service centre delhi Punjabi bagh (centrel market) and after one hour waiting they cant solve my issue. They waste my 1 hour and say my govt approved aadhar card is not valied. My aadhar num 772559952801, plz check. VI is a wrost network cheating peoples in so many ways , per month they take 300 rs recharge and provide network like 2G, no internet speed , call drop issues and aslo very bad customer care services. Kindly look in this matter and plz provide a proper solution for me as a valuable customer
