Text of Complaint by Abhishek Gupta:

I ordered grocery items from Flipkart worth around 3k. 3 items worth around 1600 wasn’t delivered to me ny the delivery executive. I asked the delivery executive if the 3 items which were missing and he told that due to shortage of stocks those couldn’t be delivered but they will be delivered tomorrow by another delivery executive and if not the refund would be initiated. Then I asked him for the invoice and that too was not given to me stating that it would be provided on receipt of the 3 missing items. However after few hours I noticed my entire order was marked as delivered. I reached out to flipkart customer care and raised the issue. However my issue was closed stating that delivery partner confirmed delivery of all the items and hence we won’t be able to entertain the issue. Please note, I wasn’t contacted even a single time by flipkart before closing the issue.
I reopened the issue 5 times by now but those too have been closed stating the same reasons and without giving me an opportunity of being heard. I wrote mails to cs-head@flipkart.com and grievance.officer@flipkart.com but no one even bothered to entertain the issue. I accuse them of forgery, cheating and harassment.
