I ordered a mixer grinder from Flipkart and they sent a damaged product. After asking for a replacement they agreed but their team constantly says that they will collect the defective product but do not visit and close the matter for some reason or the other. This is an unfair practice and all I am asking for is either a replacement or a refund which they refuse to acknowledge.
