Hi ordered from Zomato this morning for around 900rs and was starving to the core . The food got delivered after an hour and while looking into it , it’s spilled completely inside the cover and while had a conversation with customer support , they said they will only refund 390rs. But everything was spilled and cannot even eat that. Late while i said i need my complete money they just ignored and closed the chat conversation without even refunding. After that there is no response from their end and couldn’t able re-initiate the chat or conversation. My humble request please look into this and take necessary action as they are cheating customers and every penny is important for people like us .
