Dear Sir,
I made following two payments using my (Amal Tripathi) paytm on my cell no 99205 66837:
1. On 15th April, 2020 Payment of INR 215/- to Nivara Graphic (order id 202004150911080061) from my Paytm App Wallet (wallet txn id 29619766686). Copy of same is attached.
2. On 16th April, 2020 Payment of INR 345/- to Nivara Graphic (order id 202004160858370028) from my Paytm Wallet (wallet txn id 29628491255). Copy of same is attached.
The payment was deducted from my wallet but the vendor has not received same. I even lodged complaint with Paytm but till date no response. Copy of complaint is attached. There is no other way paytm can be contacted.
Very surprising in India any body can cheat you and you can not do any thing.
