I have a got a cashback coupon Code from PAYTM for the purchase of a bike in a show room , in the code the only terms and conditions mentioned is the minimum purchase value should be more than or equal to 1500 and the code can be used once in a month in PAYTM mall app. but now when i am trying to buy a gadget the code is not working i tried to add few other items and checked it was not working , i checked with the customer care now they are trying to cheat me saying i cannot use it for buying mobile or mobile accessories , grocery or gold.Silver , i didn’t get any such conditions i dont know how they are trying to cheat the customer. Why i have created this case is if they are ready to cheat educated customers what they would do with the uneducated customers. Please file a complain against, i am waiting for a solution with help of you. here with i have enclosed the mail i got from PAYTM and the terms and conditions mentioned in the the PAYTM app. while placing the order, Please help me.
