i have booked tickets on make my trip vide PNR numbers LGBWGH & Y4PJ5GR MakeMyTrip portal for a travel between 10th & 12th April between Mumbai & Amritsar on Spicejet Airline. After a lot of followup the Spicejet Airline had confirmed refund processed to the Travel Agency on 28th April 2020. However it has been more that a month that MakeMyTrip hasn’t refunded my money as yet. Initially they played around mentioning that voucher would be shared. Though I have insisted on receiving payment refunded under the original mode of payment. The airline has confirmed 100% refund to the travel agency MakeMyTrip & hence I need full refund from MakeMyTrip on top most priority. The MakeMyTrip Booking IDs are NF70148258939922 & NF79143258942104.
