Dear Sir,
An online mobile seller advertised sale of mobile phone by phonedeals.co.in.
I purchased a phone for Rs.2999 and got an online order no.PDS8654, for
Genex Galaxy M30s Smart Phone (6 GB RAM)/ 128GB
on 3 June 2020. Payment of Rs 2999 was made through my internet banking which got credited in the name of Ankist Jain.
I got an automated mail from the website confirming the order but after that no response
Request to the concern authorities to help us in getting the transaction sorted out and prevent others from getting scammed by these fraudsters.
